 Lucy Cadman and Dave CadmanRumba Lucia is owned and run by 35 year old mum of two, Lucy Cadman, along with her husband Dave .
Lucy has had a varied career so far, which has included successfully achieving a Music Degree at Bristol University, before working in Publishing, in Electronics, with Special Needs children, in Law, and ultimately going into the world of Online Marketing and Social Media. Dave is an HGV driver, and looks forward to the time when he can give up the night shifts to concentrate on Rumba Lucia!
Lucy and Dave are accomplished Ballroom and Latin dancers.The couple were introduced by Bryl Berry at Shaftesbury Dance, where they both took their first steps in dance. They continue to support Bryl and his team, and are now taught by Damien Hey at Quick Quick Slow. At 6ft and 6ft7" tall, they find they are more suited to Ballroom than to Latin dance, but continue to enjoy and pursue both styles. Dave's favourite dance is the Quickstep, and Lucy is at her happiest doing the Foxtrot!
Lucy is very grateful to be assisted by Aimee in the day to day running of the business.

Damien has had a hugely successful and rewarding career as a competitive dancer. He has been four times World Ranking Finalist, Word Cup 10 Dance Finalist, three times European Masters Finalist, the International Grand Ball Finalist, and holds 23 Championship titles!
After turning Professional in 2011, he is now a highly respected Latin and Ballroom teacher, Adjudicator and Zumba teacher, as well as still competing and demonstrating professionally. His incredible skills are in massive demand.
