| Making A Purchase If you would like to purchase anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item(s) to your shopping cart. Please ensure you select the correct size and heel for shoes. We accept the following payment methods : Paypal please select the Paypal checkout option, and check out using your usual Paypal account. Credit / Debit Cards please select the "Credit / Debit Card" checkout option. Please note that your security of your transaction is protected by RapidSSL and processed by Paypal on behalf of Rumba Lucia, and that card details are not stored or shared once your transaction is completed. Bank transfer please select the Bank Transfer checkout option. Bank details will be given to you on receipt of your order. Your order will not be processed until your payment reaches our bank account. Cheque / PO please select Cheque / PO checkout option to complete your order, and download your invoice. | Delivery Schedule Please note that we do not keep a wide range of products in stock, but we order them as required by our customers. All orders received before 4pm will be placed with our suppliers the same working day. Orders received after 4pm will be placed the next working day. Delivery times are usually 3 to 5 working days, dependant upon the stock available with each manufacturer. For Rummos products and International Dance Shoes products, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks as most of these items are custom-made to order. This does not prevent returns or exchanges if the shoes are unsuitable in any way. If you require an item urgently, please contact us in advance of placing your order, and we will endeavor to arrange this for you. We will keep you updated at all times during the order process. We try to keep the products available on our website up to date at all times, but there may be occasions when an item you have ordered is out of stock with our supplier. We will be happy to either supply an alternative or to issue a full refund in the rare event that this occurs. If there are any products made by our suppliers that you do not see on our website, then please contact us. We should be able to order these in for you. If you are local to us (we are based in Endon, Stoke-on-Trent), then we are happy to order a small selection of different sizes or styles of shoe for you to visit us and try prior to purchase. Please contact us to arrange this. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
